Reason:
Non acceptance on outbound flights from Germany due to no return flight booking.
Eligibility:
Passengers currently holding AB tickets for travel on AB operated flights to the Caribbean, Chicago and Abu Dhabi affected by return flight cancellations commencing from 19th September 2017.

Passengers that are refused travel due to missing return flight booking and thus no longer meeting entry requirements at destination
Refund:
No refund allowed related to this case – refund rules as published due to the overall Caribbean flight program cancellations apply
Rebooking/Rerouting:
Passengers refused travel due to missing return flight and thus no longer meeting entry criteria at destination can rebook their missed outbound flight free of charge to another date.
a. Change Travel dates
Rebooking on AB flight is permitted within the same compartment (Lowest available Booking Class to be used). No fee applies for changing reservation regardless of Booking Class allocated or original ticket/fare type). The new outbound travel date must be on or prior to last scheduled operated flight.
b. Change Destination
Change of destination is only allowed to another destination within the same destination country (e.g VRA instead of HAV.... )
c. All other conditions must be observed as per original ticket.
